Class Descriptions

 

AB BLASTER

Specialising in strengthening and stabilising the inner core muscles as well as helping develop that rock hard stomach.

 

FIGHTINGFIT

A dynamic boxing and martial arts circuit style group fitness class.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

PILATES

A popular body conditioning system cantering on your core anatomy. Body alignment, breathing and strengthening abdominal muscles are essential to this technique. Class is suitable for beginner and intermediate level participants.

 

SPIN

Stationary indoor cycling class.  Work at your own pace.

 

T.B.C.

Total Body Conditioning.  A fun and exciting 45 minute circuit class that is suitable for all fitness levels, working both your cardio and strength.

 

YOGA

A great way to achieve total body harmony through stretch, controlled breathing and postural position.

 

ZUMBA

A 60 minute class that incorporate various dance steps and body sculpting all to modern music. You’ve seen it on TV now come and try the class of the year!!! Combines Latin, African and Bollywood rhythms. This unique class has a party atmosphere yet trains your body with intervals of intensity & body sculpting strength work.

 

 

 

Bodypump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

 

BodyBalance Is a Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
