Class Descriptions

 

AB BLASTER

30 min abdominal and core stability class to strengthen, tone and flatten stomach.

 

BOOTY CAMP

45 minutes of “Booty Sculpting” training designed to get you into shape for summer!

 

CARDIO CIRCUIT

30min high energetic cardio class to music certain to test all fitness levels.

 

FIGHTINGFIT

A dynamic boxing and martial arts circuit style group fitness class.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

STRENGTH CIRCUIT

30min Strength training using Keiser resistance equipment. A great way to achieve an all round resistance workout. Open to all levels of fitness. 

 

OLD SCHOOL

A 30min class of resistance and cardio drills. Experience the old way of getting results.

 

SPIN

Stationary indoor cycling class.  Work at your own pace.

 

SPIN & ABS

Spin class followed by 15 minutes of fabulous abdominal exercises to strengthen, tone and flatten – great combo!

 

SPIN & STRENGTH

A spin class incorporating spin and body conditioning exercises using weights and fit balls. A total body workout!

 

T.B.C.

Total Body Conditioning.  A fun and exciting 45 minute circuit class that is suitable for all fitness levels, working both your cardio and strength.

 

YOGA

A great way to achieve total body harmony through stretch, controlled breathing and postural position.

 

ZUMBA

A 45 minute class that incorporate various dance steps and body sculpting all to modern music.

 

 

 

Bodypump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

 

BodyBalance Is a Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
