• Cardio Theatre - state of the art Life Fitness treadmills, steppers, cross trainers, upright and recumbent, fitted with individual TV screens
  
  
• Spacious Air Conditioned Fitness Studio – for group fitness classes with more than 15 different programs and over 25 classes per week. We also have 30 spin bikes and run a popular spin program in this area.
  
  
• Creche Facility – Government registered Child Care facility – a secure area with qualified carers
  
  
• Change Rooms – well appointed change rooms with shower and toilet facility. A generous number of lockers including full length dress lockers with individual key supplied at reception. Fully equipped with hair dryers and hair straighteners
