All members commence their fitness journey with ‘Start-Up’, which is a customised gymnasium program with 3 initial personal appointments with expert fitness professionals. Regular appointments to review programs and to reassess fitness levels ensure that goals are achievable. Dietary guidelines, nutrition, weight loss and our very successful ‘reduce program’ have helped many people.

Payment Method
Membership is based on fortnightly payments that are convenient and hassle free. There is a membership package to meet your needs, simply contact us at membership.

Suspension
Memberships can be suspended so you don't pay for time when you cannot use the club.
